Everything you need to get up and running with ReviveIQ.

Overview

ReviveIQ is a deal intelligence platform that connects to HubSpot, scores your closed-lost deals using AI, and helps you identify which opportunities are worth re-engaging. This guide will walk you through getting set up.

Creating your account

Visit ReviveIQ.io and click Join the Beta. Enter your name, work email, and company name. You'll be signed in automatically and assigned a Free Trial plan with 50 credits. No credit card required.

Connecting HubSpot

After signing up, navigate to Settings. Under the HubSpot section, click Connect HubSpot. You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize the connection. Once authorized, you'll be returned to ReviveIQ with your HubSpot account connected. ReviveIQ uses a read-only connection to access your deals, contacts, and engagement history. We never write to your HubSpot data except to create tasks when you explicitly push them.

Importing deals

Navigate to Imports and click New Import. ReviveIQ will fetch your available HubSpot deal lists. Select the list you want to import, give it a label, and optionally add segment context — a short note describing this group of deals (e.g. "Retail vertical Q3 losses"). This context is used by the AI to improve scoring relevance. Click Import to sync your deals.

Scoring deals

Each deal can be scored individually using the Score button, or you can use Score All to score every deal in a batch. Scoring costs 1 credit per deal. The AI analyzes deal value, close date, loss reason, engagement history, and any enrichment data available to generate a revival likelihood score from 0–100. Scores are color coded: green (70–100) indicates high revival potential, amber (40–69) indicates moderate potential, and red (1–39) indicates low potential.

Enriching deals

Click Enrich on any deal to pull in two types of external data: recent company news via Exa.ai, and contact job change detection via People Data Labs. Enrichment costs 5 credits per deal and is cached for 30 days so you won't be charged again if you re-score an already-enriched deal. Enrichment data is automatically included in the scoring prompt when available.

Drafting outreach emails

Once a deal is scored, click Draft Email to generate a personalized re-engagement email. The AI uses the full context stack — org profile, deal history, activities, enrichment data, and revival score — to write a targeted email. Email drafting costs 2 credits. You can re-draft as many times as you like from the email modal.

Pushing tasks to HubSpot

From the email modal, click Send to HubSpot to create a task in HubSpot with the drafted email attached. You can assign the task to the deal owner or the contact owner. The task will appear in HubSpot with a due date of 2 business days from the push date.

Security & Privacy

ReviveIQ is built with security and data minimization as core principles.

Read-only CRM access

ReviveIQ connects to HubSpot with read-only permissions. We never modify, delete, or write to your CRM data except to create tasks you explicitly push.

Encrypted credentials

Your HubSpot OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We never store your HubSpot password.

Enrichment caching

External enrichment data (company news, contact info) is cached and never shared between organizations.

Data isolation

All data is scoped to your organization. Row-level security ensures no org can access another org's deals, contacts, or scoring data.
